Global City Time is run by a small team in Kraków, Poland, and every message goes to a person rather than a ticket queue. Write to us about anything on the site — a clock that looks wrong, a city we are missing, a guide you would like to see, or a request concerning your personal data.
Email us
Email is the fastest way to reach us and the only channel we monitor properly. We normally reply within two to three business days; requests made under data protection law are answered within the statutory deadline described in our Privacy Policy.
What we can help with
Corrections to city or time zone data
If a city page shows the wrong time zone, an outdated daylight saving rule, a misspelled place name or the wrong country, tell us which page it is and what should be there instead. Please include the page address — it saves a round of questions. Time zone corrections are the ones we act on fastest, because they affect everything else on the page.
A city that is missing
We cover cities worldwide, but smaller towns may not be listed yet. Send us the city name and its country, and we will add it if we can source reliable coordinates and a confirmed time zone for it.
Feedback on our guides
Our guides are written and updated in-house. If you find an error, a rule that has since changed, or a topic we have not covered, we would like to know. Suggestions from readers are a large part of how we decide what to write next.
Privacy and data protection requests
Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection or withdrawal of consent — write to the same address and state clearly which right you are exercising. The full description of these rights is in our Privacy Policy.
Advertising, partnerships and press
For advertising enquiries, content partnerships, licensing questions or press requests, email us with a short description of what you have in mind and we will come back to you.
Technical problems
If a page fails to load, a clock stops updating or something looks broken, it helps a great deal to know your browser and device, the page address, and roughly when it happened. A screenshot is worth several paragraphs.
Before you write
Two questions come up constantly, and both already have answers on the site:
- "The time shown is wrong by a few minutes." Our clocks are rendered from your own device clock, converted to the target city's time zone. If your device clock has drifted, every clock here drifts with it. Check your system time first — it resolves the great majority of these reports.
- "Why is my city not showing the expected hour?" Some regions have changed their daylight saving rules recently. Our FAQ and the guides cover how these shifts work and when they take effect.
If neither applies, please do write — it means we have a genuine problem to fix.
