Zhucheng is a county-level city administered by Weifang prefecture in Shandong Province, eastern China. Located on the Jiaodong Peninsula, between the provincial capital Jinan to the west and the port city of Qingdao to the east, Zhucheng has a population of approximately 1.1 million people and is an important agricultural, industrial, and increasingly paleontological destination in eastern China.
